1 – PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The BHGRE Fusion Sweepstakes begins at 11 a.m. PT on March 18, 2019 and ends on March 21, 2019 at 5 pm PT. (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Three (3) random drawings (each a “Drawing”) will be held on or about 3/18 at 11 a.m. 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. PT, 3/19 at 11 a.m. 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. PT, 3/20 at 3 p.m. 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. PT and 3/21 11 a.m. 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. PT at (each a “Drawing Date”). the Sweepstakes Period resulting in three (3) winners each day for a total of 12 winners. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the sponsor of the Sweepstakes, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, 175 Park Avenue, Madison, New Jersey 07940 (the “Sponsor”) whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.
2 – ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open solely to registered RGX attendees (“RSX Attendees”), who are legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories) and 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not available to employees (including immediate family members) of Sponsor The Drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants must be present at RGX to win.
3 – HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, RGX Attendees must post a photo to the Fusion group on the RGX App, with the hashtags #bhgre and #fusion2019 to automatically receive one (1) entry to win. All photos must be posted by 5 p.m. PT on each Drawing Date, with the last entry posted by 5 p.m. PT on March 21, 2019 to be eligible. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per person.
4 – ENTRY DATES/DRAWING DATES/PRIZES/ODDS: Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate LLC (“BHGRE”) will select three prize winners, at the times listed above each day during RGX Fusion March 18-21, 2019. By random drawing for those entrants who follow the entrance rules. There will be three winners daily, for a total of 12 prizes. The prizes are as follows:
- (1) Apple Airpods: Approximate retail value of $160.00
- (1) HP Tango Smart Printer: Approximate retail value of $149.99
- (1) Video Drone: Approximate retail value of $160.00
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing is conducted from all eligible entrants as of the above time on each Drawing Date.
Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash (for non-cash prizes), except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value for any reason.
5 – WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize Winners will be notified by a direct message in the RGX app to claim their prize, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or is otherwise found to be ineligible; or has declined the prize for any reason prior to award, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential Prize Winner for any reason. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
6 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, litigation, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Drawing and/or his or her acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, or any portion thereof. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and entrants consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the venue of the County of Morris, the State of New Jersey. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s permission for the Released Parties to use Prize Winner’s name, hometown (city and state), likeness, voice, statements and other personally identifiable information, for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without additional consideration, consent, approval or review, or on a winner’s list, if applicable. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations.
